Shipping and Return Policy

All orders ship within 5-7 business days after processing ( not including weekends or holidays). When you first place your you'll receive a conformation email, when your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders ship out via USPS priority mail. If your tracking number indicates that your package is in route or has been delivered and you have not received it, YOU MUST CONTACT USPS directly. Our Dreame is NOT responsible for packages that state delivered.
